Voirrey is an operations-focused professional with a strong track record of improving efficiency, streamlining workflows and enhancing both client and team experiences. She plays a central role in driving improvement across DY USA. Voirrey uses her Lean training and strategic approach to identify opportunities, develop solutions that can be applied within a team or firmwide, and implement systems to coordinate between processes, teams and client requirements.

Voirrey can see both the big picture and small details of daily operations, which leads to meaningful improvements in efficiency, clarity and service delivery. She works closely with the Individual Tax Team to streamline processes, manage document and record tracking, and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new clients. Voirrey also collaborates with other teams within the firm to create tools and resources that improve efficiency, communication and client service.

Voirrey earned her bachelor’s degree in politics and master’s degree in marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University. She earned her Lean Six Sigma certification from Boomer Consulting.

In her free time, Voirrey enjoys cooking, walking her dog and reading crime stories.
