Through the Coaching and Development programs, employees learn to improve their leadership and performance, think strategically, set and achieve individual and firm goals, develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and increase their well-being and resilience in an often high stress industry.
Employees learn to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, balance work and life, build a collaborative and cooperative work environment, and generally enjoy a long-term, sustainable job and company.
Since starting the program, the team has evolved from identifying primarily as a group of accountants who are there to prepare returns and service clients, to a cohesive team invested in the future of the firm, their clients and each other. It’s a very collaborative, supportive team. Performance and collaboration among the team is strong and retention is high. Communication has increased and greater trust and transparency are evident. People have grown more confidence and know their voice matters and is heard at the firm.
