Marketing Director
Rose’s journey into marketing began in college, where she initially pursued a degree in accounting before discovering that her true strengths lay in marketing’s blend of creativity and analytical thinking. That realization set the course for her career and still shapes her approach today. Since joining the firm in 2014, initially as a consultant, Rose has taken pride in developing and implementing marketing and communications programs that support DY USA’s goals while reflecting its Keep it Human, Keep it Personal Core Value.
Rose is responsible for DY USA’s full spectrum of marketing and communications initiatives to support the firm’s long-term growth, build brand visibility, and strengthen relationships on both sides of the Atlantic. With more than 30 years of experience in professional services marketing, primarily in the legal industry, she integrates big-picture strategy with hands-on, practical implementation to keep initiatives moving forward, aligned with business goals, and effectively delivered.
Through internal marketing initiatives, Rose helps reinforce and bring DY USA’s Five Core Values to life in ways that strengthen culture and foster connection across the firm. She applies a “look beyond the obvious” mindset combining creative and analytical approaches to turn ideas into action, whether she’s working independently or collaborating across teams throughout the firm. Rose works closely with the firm’s Business Development & Tax Advisor to align marketing strategy with business development priorities and partners with the Director of Business Services on the firm’s expanding recruiting efforts, helping to support its continued growth.
Rose earned her bachelor of science in business administration degree from John Carroll University and her master’s degree in marketing and communications from Case Western Reserve University.
Outside of work, Rose enjoys coaching and cheering on her daughter and her volleyball teams, cooking, traveling, and embracing new experiences and adventures.
