In addition to being DY USA’s employee benefits and compliance manager, Claire is an active volunteer at a local cat rescue center, supporting the care and re-homing of rescued and abandoned cats, demonstrating DY USA’s Core Value Embrace a Healthy Work-Life.
As DY USA’s Employee Benefits and Compliance Manager, Claire is responsible for managing staff payrolls and administers a full range of employee benefits including 401(k)/pensions, healthcare and insurance programs. She serves as the firm’s primary point of contact for HR related queries and ensures all company and statutory policies and procedures remain compliant and accurate.
Prior to this role, Claire served as the Internal Controller where she managed internal accounting operations and produced management accounts. She brings more than 20 years of accounting experience that included all aspects of sales and purchase ledgers, bank and credit card transaction management, bank reconciliations and credit control.
Claire earned her AAT Level Professional Diploma in Accounting and is a member of AAT (MAAT).
Outside of work, Claire’s enjoys leisurely bike rides and reading legal thrillers, especially by author John Grisham. She is also a member of a local Pickleball club based in the UK.
