CLEVELAND, OH (July 20, 2026) – DY USA is pleased to announce Laura Welding has been promoted to Senior Tax Manager.
Laura has progressed through the firm since joining in 2017, consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to both her own growth and the success of the Personal Tax Services associates across its UK and US offices. In addition to strengthening her own technical skills, she has shown a clear talent for training, mentoring, and developing newer and less experienced members of the team. In her new role, Laura will oversee and support the development of the Personal Tax Services team as well as contribute to ongoing process improvements and systems development.

Laura is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent in the US.
