In celebration of semi-retirement and to fulfill a bucket list goal, Joe Soltesz, a member of the Dyke Yaxley LLC (DY USA) family for eight years, has decided to complete a cross-country biking challenge.
Joe is a seasoned tax professional with more than 40 years of experience in the tax, finance and controller roles. He recently transitioned to working on a semi-retired basis with the firm and has taken advantage of this opportunity by playing more golf, spending more time with his grandkids and family, and getting more miles on his bike.
Joe has decided to fulfill a ‘bucket list’ goal this summer that he’s had in the queue for more than 25 years but couldn’t pursue because of his work schedule. For the next eight weeks Joe is embracing his love of biking to complete a cross country challenge covering almost 4,000 miles from Bar Harbor, Maine to Anacortes, Washington!
He’s also combining his passion for biking with his desire to help find a cure for cancer by raising funds for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and support the amazing work they do to help understand, treat and defeat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
