CLEVELAND, OH (January 28, 2018) — Dyke Yaxley LLC is pleased to that Christy Woskobojnik has been named a Trustee of the Loxley Purse Board of Directors, also known as the British-American Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
This 501(3)c foundation was established to provide scholarships for students to attend a semester at a British university of their choice in a program that is consistent with their current curriculum. The purpose of these scholarships is to allow minds to be opened to a broader world by providing an overseas study experience to students who might not otherwise be able to afford to go. The organization believes that experience is the greatest teacher and travel is the greatest experience. Mark Twain famously wrote, "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness."
Christy brings more than 20 years of experience with privately-held companies in the professional services, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Her roles at these organizations have given her the unique skillset of being able to identify issues and provide practical solutions across functional departments as they apply to the financial management of the company.
