How to Do Business in the U.S. From the UK. Advice for Recruitment Companies

Our own Christina Woskobojnik was interviewed by David Ellis from Precision Global Consulting (PGC) on the topic of “How to Do Business in the U.S. From the UK. Advice for Recruitment Companies.” Christy shared her professional insights on various scenarios and words of encouragement to UK-based recruitment firms looking to operate in the US from the UK.

One of many helpful points she shared was that recruitment firms should recognize that all of the primary duties associated with US placements are UK source income. Therefore these firms are simply selling into the U.S. and don't have any U.S. requirements to worry about, which simplifies the process of conducting business in the U.S. from the UK.
